The local beer of Sardegna, “Ichnusa”, is being a worthy discovery.
The name of the beer makes reference to the name that Greeks put to Sardegna when they stablished their first colonies here.
It is a Lager type beer with a refreshing smooth bitter taste, 4.7 degrees of alcohol which is perfect for resisting the hot temperatures here...
Today I have drunk almost a liter of this precious liquid.
I am planning to bring home a box of 12 bottles with me, for the special occasions.
