Living with any mental health condition is a challenge. Some, however, are more obvious than others. One of these is Trichotillomania, unaffectionactly known as Trich. Trichotillomania is a BFRD, or a Body Focused Repetitive Disorder, and it causes a person to feel the irresistible desire to pull out their own hair.
As one can imagine, this is both frustrating and causes the sufferer an intense amount of shame and embarrassment.
