The more time I spend in Vietnam the more I realize how little I know about this country. For instance, more than 40% of the Vietnamese has the same surname, Nguyen. It is because when Nguyen Dynasty took power, most Vietnamese who feared being executed changed their name to Nguyen due to the new regime.
