I moved to the North Island of New Zealand in 2016. I have a view of Mt Taranaki from the computer so it was beckoning all winter. I couldn't wait to get to the top. I went up three times in 2017. It is stunning! I walked up several mountains in Australia as a kid but they weren't as dramatic as Taranaki! I took heaps of photos up there but here is one from the top looking over to Ruapehu.
