Seunagan River Estuary

Several photographs were shot at the mouth of the Seunagan river, Nagan Raya, an area on the Indian Ocean coast . This place is believed to be a former ancient settlement and has a harbor in the medieval era.

The trip is sponsored by Hive account@mapesa for scientific research to trace the entire river estuary along the coastline of the Indian Ocean on the west and south shores of Aceh. Hive account@keuudeip, Hive account@safar01, Hive account@abelpasai, and I'm are part of this science project, but this is only a short trip for early surve, which has been going on from 13th August 2017.

Here I'm sharing some photos of the Seunagan river estuary and the surrounding land that is currently used by the local community as a place of buffalo and cattle ranches.

The main target of this study is to detect all the ancient ports that had been made by the Aceh Darussalam Kingdom, to contain Aceh's natural crops, when spices as the world primadonna in the middle ages.
