How's it going Steemers??
I would like to share some photos from our last skate meet which was held at Albany Creek Skatepark in Brisbane.

The address for this skate park is
61 Old Northern Rd, Albany Creek.

This skatepark is alot of fun and is also has lights so it is lit up until 9pm every night. Which is the best way to beat the summer heat and skate at night.
Now our Brisbane Rollerbladers group met up at this park for our monthly skate meet and it sure was alot of fun!!
They have a very nice down ledge on your right hand side which everyone got some nice tricks on.

There is also a 8 foot bowl with a spine that goes into a 6 foot bowl. It is alot of fun getting grinds around the corner on this 😊

Another great feature of this park is this really long rail running down the hill entrance, just be careful as you pick up a lot of speed as you grind down this bad boy!!

Also there is a banked fun box with some good ledges to learn tricks on.

But when you are out skating injuries are always around the corner, it's part of our sport. One of the boys fell in the bowl and ended up shattering his elbow and we had to call the ambulance to take him to hospital. He got surgery that night, Australian hospitals are free and amazing!

I hope you enjoy my photos and I have tagged the skatepark location on @steemitworldmap so it will be easy to find if your ever looking for skate parks in Brisbane Australia.
Thanks for stopping by and happy Landings 😊
