Gin And Tonic

After seeing Hive account@detlev's Gin and Tonic recipe with Cardamom and Ginger, I had to have a go at making it myself. Especially as I was given a bottle of Hendrick's Gin for Christmas.

This went down a treat, really loving the Cardamom! Being a sucker for heat, I couldn't resist garnishing with a bit of fresh chili.
