I can non stop talk to you about how much i love Santa Barabra, CA. It is literally paradise. I lived there for 10 years and even though i was earning less and was getting amazing offers from bay area, i just could never leave SB. Beautiful weather, great people, awesome downtown, great food, and list keeps going on. Check out some pics and make sure you visit Santa Barbara, next time you visit CA.
