Between 2011 and 2013, we lived in an apartment that was located very near to a steel bridge which sat over the James River in Springfield, MO. The bridge doubled as the end of one of the city-wide "Greenways Trails", which trailed through some beautiful scenery that lies in that part of town. This shot was taken from the steel bridge, just as dusk was approaching, which made for an excellent appearance to the water, and the silhouette of the paddler really gives the river some scale.
