El día de ayer mientras revisaba la posibilidad de efectuar un trabajo de impermeabilización en la azotea de unos de los edificios emblemáticos de Caracas, como lo es la Torre Las Delicias ubicada en la Av. Libertador, su fama se debe a que en otra época el Ex-Presidente Carlos Andrés Pérez , tuvo allí sus oficinas y centro de negocios. Logre captar estas imágenes de la bella Caracas.
