Riviera dei Fiori

Cervo is a small, ancient town in Liguria which is covered in those beautiful, pink flowers. That particular region in northwestern Italy is called the Italian Riviera, while Cervo is part of what locals call the Riviera dei Fiori - which emphasizes the abundance of colorful flowers everywhere.

The color contrasts in the town are really gorgeous. You have the blue / green sea in the background, with those popping pink flowers in the foreground and bright yellow houses in between. Definitely something to savor on cold and grey days like today.
