As most GTR owners are aware by now there is a weird sound that is produced by the front of your GTR in addition to the wonderful orchestra of the VR38 DETT engine, and hopefully by now, joined by a nonstock mid-pipe and or exhaust.
Over the years, I have researched and investigated and tried to solve every one of the annoying sounds by removing them from the orchestra but Unfortunately the typical feedback from Nissan North America has always been that these sounds are a part and parcel of the package which I frankly speaking, refuse to live with at least with some of them. As more owners experience these weird sounds, it makes sense to identify and solve each one with or without the help of the dealership.
