Angel Falls some of the best known places in Venezuela and most famous is located in Canaima National Park in the Bolivar State. It is known as the highest jump in the world. The place was better known in 1937, when American aviator James C. Angel landed on Auyantepuy in search of gold in the mountains.
It was declared a National Park on June 12, 1962. It currently belongs to the 28 wonders of the world.
