Don't leave a loaded gun around my fingers because I have to say I kind of like to pull the trigger.
Considering that my birthday's coming up and that it's about time to get in a row with everybody and start making quality pictures for myself and for Steemit, I've indulged myself. I'm guilty! I've spent my hard earned cash on a Nikon camera. Oh, that Yellow Store has been fascinating me for years but like a gambler that's recently quitted betting, I avoided entering one.
I have to admit that after selling my first Nikon I always wanted to get back into casual photography but never found the motivation to do it. Now that I'm back into blogging, I felt the need for the camera a lot of times. The phone is good for a lot of times but it has those you know... "phone limitations" that with a good camera you never think about.
Another good thing is that I'll not have to borrow the camera of whenever I needed something photographed, you know... more neatly. I'm not implying I'm a photographer... I'm an enthusiast and I guess it's time to get back in the saddle.
Still, I have to start buying lenses (right now I have a 50mm that I have to say I'm starting to fall in love with, borrowed from ) but all good things come to those who wait right?
I think what I missed the most is the feeling you get when you hold a DSLR in your hands, waiting for the right composition to happen.
