Hello Friend Hivean
Meet again with Fhutri Nur Risqa
In Aceh the Kanji Rumbi porridge is no stranger to the people of Aceh.
At first glance, the shape and color are not much different from chicken porridge or other types. Maybe what distinguishes the ingredients. Flour consists of a number of seasonings.
Kanji Rumbi became the belle of the people of Aceh during the fasting month. Not infrequently, residents are willing to queue to get it. Uniquely, this food is cooked in the courtyard of the mosque and distributed for free or free.
The process of cooking Kanji Rumbi is done voluntarily by residents. There are at least five people and each has a duty. Some cheat materials or ingredients, stir when they are on the stove, fireplace or kindling, and waiters and distributors to the public.
This is one of the traditions of the people of Aceh that is still lasting. Arguably, Kanji Rumbi is provided at the mosque and distributed to the community as a sign that the fasting month has arrived.
