I really enjoy & appreciate nature photos, including, those with animals in them. Those are some of my favorite posts to check out here on Steemit. Unfortunately, I don't really have a talent for taking pics & usually don't think about taking them, except, at the animal shelter. There's a fellow volunteer who is really skilled at taking pics on her phone. She captures these wonderful moments of the cats & dogs.
I'd like to say I took the photo below. Alas, no, I can't claim credit. It was on my timeline on Facebook. From a subscriber to Birds & Blooms. We used to get that magazine & probably will again. My grandma liked to watch birds & grew flowers. One reason we got that magazine. It reminded me of her. This pic was actually taken by Janelle Pitula of Oswego, Illinois. She began pursuing photography a few years ago. She took this last year & waited a few hours to get just the right shot. It's of a white throated sparrow. I had added the pic when I posted this, but, I just checked now & it had disappeared. I'm putting it back.
