#813 - Random shots while walking for tonight.
Lovely evening fellow Hivers. It's getting cooler already in the past evenings. There's also a rain that went on overnight last night and hopefully it will do the same tonight to keep the temperature at bay. All day was gloomy too the sun barely came out which was blocked by thick white clouds that are potential rain droppers. Four our lunch earlier today my mother in law cooked chicken with soup and small amount of misua noodles and then she also added patola and moringa leaves which made the soup tastier and healthier. The chicken is dressed one which is bought in groceries, it could have been tastier if it was raised just like in the province wherein my youngest brother cooked a nice chicken soup with lots of vegetables too. The taste is the difference, the one raised in the province is tastier compared to the dressed chicken.
Then let's move on now to our daily shots. These next seven photos were taken back when I was walking on my way home back from the hospital. I went to visit a gastroenterologist because I had issues with my gut when I go into the bathroom . It's been a while and the doctor gave me several prescriptions to take and it did work just after a few days of taking it. The medicines were expensive also. It's good thing that I have a health card at work which covered the doctor fee during my check up.
But before meeting the great doctor, I first had a check up with an unreliable doctor who is also a gastroenterologist in the same room and building but only in a different schedule. He was actually the first one I saw and just gave a prescription without explaining anything at all. There's that kind of doctor who just wanted to get the money. I rated him one star in Google and hopefully other people will not go to him for check up because of his unprofessional attitude. I got lucky because when I checked on the door there's another doctor available the next day so that's when I went back for a second opinion. And then that's where I got something, a great kind of service... A doctor who really cares for his patients. He even offered to check the inside of my gut so that's endoscopy and even colonoscopy just to make sure I don't have other ailments going on. Thank good I was cleared and the expenses were also covered by the card that I have at work. It was almost $2000 all in. I won't be able to afford it without the health card at all.
Then the next day early in the morning we left the metropolitan to fetch my mother in law who was visiting her remote home village which is in Pampanga. She needs to ride a boat to get to the village and that's the only mode of transportation they have and no other options by land. My wife and I were too early when we arrived so we had some time to walk around the small pier where the boats dock. There were several boats that come and go and most don't have a bamboo that serve as balancer, katig that's what they call it, so that the boat will not tilt too much when there's nervous passengers or the waves are high. This ever is actually long, it connects all the way to the Manila bay waters in the Pacific
