Like mum and dada, I love to be on the road. I'm always excited when they say "Let's go!" because I know we'll be going elsewhere, and I can be by the window, checking out kids, dogs, houses, vegetation, and many things.
I often hear "That's a cute dog!" referring to yours truly. I'd growl on some and they would say, "Halla, masungit oh!" and run away. Others would laugh, as if teasing me to do something else. They're lucky 'coz Dada drives fast, or they would hear more from me.
Mum usually says they are new friends. I knew better, so I often give her this look.
She knew I can't be tamed when a scent irritates my demon, and I couldn't help but howl. It's my nature after all. I can't always be cool, especially when there are strangers. My nose becomes damp.
But yes, I love looking out the window. It allows me to see, smell, and feel things. I can sense even a mile away when we are about to approach a house with dogs.
Mum complains because my nails scratch her arm, but she loves me nonetheless and allows me to stand by the window or sit on her shoulders.
Of course, I can always jump into the back seat or my little pouch when I am tired or the wind is too much. I'm forced to leave the window when it rains. Mum would roll it up, or we would be wet. Those times, there is nothing better to do than sleep.
Speaking of the rain, it came a little too early today. It's just midday! I guess the afternoon walk in the neighborhood that Mum promised me would be postponed again. I hope we will do it tomorrow morning.
For now, I shall enjoy my time in this cozy little hammock. Oh... I'm dozing off already😊
