Recept:
U toploj vodi rastvoriti kvasac, dodati šećer, maslinovo ulje i so i dobro izmešati.
Ovu smesu sipati u brašno i umesiti testo.
Testo ostaviti da se odmori 10-15 minuta što je dovoljno da naraste duplo.
Podeliti testo na 4 dela rastanjiti i filovati picu po želji.
Peći na 220-240°C na najvišoj rešetci oko 15 minuta.
