Hello! Today's post is something very simple but often overlooked. If you want to keep the play-field on you prized pinball machine from wearing prematurely you need to change that silver ball on a regular basis. A replacement will cost you about $2.00 and can easily be found on line. Every time the ball hits a pop bumper or is shot out of an ejection hole it puts tiny scratches on the ball. Over time this acts like sandpaper rubbing against the play-field because the ball is no longer smooth and polished. The game will actually play a little faster also. More tips coming.
