I'M NOT VEGAN, but sometimes I love to detox my body and I can say I really love vegan food and eat meat
rarely. This is my favorite vegan pizza and since today is a national pizza day I thought it would be perfect to upload this video on DTube today! Happy Pizza Day! <3
RECIPE:
Soak chickpeas overnight. The next, cook for 1-2 hours until soft like peas.
For dough:
150 g of bread flour
30 g of all purpose flour
30 g of buckwheat flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of yeast
Stir it all together, make a ball and leave it to chill for about 2 hours... after that roll it out, put it on a plate and into oven for 10 minutes on 180°C.
for pesto:
3 tsp sesame seeds
3 tsp sunflower seeds
2 cups of spinache
1 garlic clove
1 smaller onion
1 tsp of ginger
¼ tsp of chilli powder
Mix it all in a blender
sauce:
3 dcl of tomato puree
olives
spices
topping:
made pesto, sauce
onion
1 cup of (cherry) tomatos
3 tbsp of sweet corn
3 tbsp of cooked chickpeas
At the end put it in the oven and the first 10 minuter bake pizza on 180°, then 20 minutes on 200°C and then 10 minutes on 250°C... That's my suggestion, that's my oven. If you think it's too much or too little, keep your eye on pizza while it's baking and decide on your own when you think that the pizza is done. It doesn't need to be baked for a long time, because all the ingredients can be eaten raw (except the dough, but you can bake it individually), but I love crispy pizza, so I've been baking it longer.
