You're onto something. I started looking up Frank's Franks in my area. There is a lot. So, I called the first one on the list and blocked my number because it said hours of operation may fluctuate so call for more information. When I called, it was a doctors office.

I said the address to her and asked if this was the right location. She said it used to be but they changed locations.
