This is not the latest video of my planks exercise. I've done this months ago, but I was encouraged to share this with fellow Steemians who are in the planks challenge so people don't get too bored. A very beautiful quote from a dear friend of mine I wish to share with you.
"Those planks video are marvelous. I love them, just like watching the paint dry on the wall"
I hope my "music video" inspire some of you plankers does something different so your viewer doesn't have to watch the paint dry.
这视频其实都已经录制了一段时间，都是在盆友圈里面大家拿来笑的材料。最近得到棉佬佬
的鼓励和支持，所以放上来和大家分享一下，希望可以借着这一个可能会被人踩死的视频来给大家一些鼓励，不要一味发单调的平板支撑视频。有一句话是我和友友对话时觉得超讽刺但是又很有道理的，这里和大家分享一下：这些平板视频我好喜欢，好像望着墙上的油漆等干一样。希望大家尽量搞一些新鲜的，分享一下还比较好吧。
