I think everyone can easily come to the conclusion that Pokémon is good for your health, as it “makes” people walk while hunting pokémons.
I had heard a bit about it from tv, as well from my colleagues from work, without wishing to try it. But, when I saw my daughter and her husband having such a good time playing, I decided to give it a chance.
It has been a month since Pokémon arrived in my life. Now, I’m walking at least 50% more each day, what is very good for me, as a sedentary woman who desperately needs to exercise.
What made me write about it is the other benefits I see in playing Pokémon:
With so much advice to be more concerned with other people around - even the application keeps giving these warnings - I became more alert. I’m always looking around to see if I'm safe.

It helps you to develop your agility. If you are in a car and you want to catch a pokémon, you must be quick about it, otherwise it will run away .. (okay, you can't play while driving, but if your son-in-law is kind enough to drive you around while you catch pokémon, you must be quick to get those pokéstops. I’m sure everyone will agree with me that it helps to improve your brain skills.
Playing Pokémon is a very good way to appear to be more interesting… specially if you are me. I’m not sure why most of the people laugh when I say I’m playing it!!! Sometimes they say it’s strange and interesting. Maybe the reason is that most of the players are around one-third of my age? I’m used to be different, but this time, it seems I’m different in a good way.
It helps to improve your memory and brain capability. I’m studying a very intricate table that contains different types of powers. I guarantee you must be a genius to know all the information you need to play it. What a challenge!!! I love it!
It is fun!!!!!!!!!
You must complete some tasks in order to receive some prizes, such as walking 10 km. It gives you a feeling of accomplishment when you receive a reward!!! Notice I’m not talking about fighting and winning!!!!! As I managed to win a battle for the first time today, I just want to tell : I got it!!!
