Introduction
Since I did not reach higher levels of the game yet, I never tried if the Snare effect on this card is good but it seems good on theory. A low level card that you can put in almost any situation as a solution for those Flying cards and a bonus Stun to boot.
Lore
The Goblin Fireballers of the Smoldering Forest have learned to make powerful flame weapons from the sap of the Everburning Trees that grow there. They launch fireballs with slings or catapults, or by simply rolling them down a hill.
Rental Cost
Goblin Fireballer may not look good on lower levels so you might want to rent a higher one with higher stats instead. You can rent a level 1 for 0.10 DEC but can get a level 5 for 5.65 DEC for your silver needs.
Buy Cost
There's a Goblin Fireballer right now that can be purchased for $13.99. It's a level 4 one that can be achieved by combining 30 Goblin Fireballers. The lowest cost right now is $0.50 for each so the price of $14.99 saves you the hassle of manually combining each card.
Card Stats and Abilities
Coming from the Untamed Edition, Goblin Fireballer has both Regular and Gold Foil Versions. Gold foil provides a 10% DEC bonus per win and a significantly higher collection power for your power ups. The Gold version though also costs quite a bit for $9.40 for a level 3 and $26 for a level 4.
Goblin Fireballer's stats are not high. Being an old card, the stats are fairly low but the mana cost makes up for it for being fairly low as well making it a good choice for low mana fights.
Snare || When attacking enemies with Flying, removes the Flying ability and cannot miss.
Snare makes a good counter for Flying enemies as they always gets the effect once it hits and pulls those Flying creatures to the ground. This is a good counter for the ability effectively reducing the dodge chance of your opponents.
Stun || When a Monster with Stun hits a target, it has 50% chance to stun the target causing it to skip its next turn.
Stun is a really powerful ability that can shut down a card for 1 turn. Once affected, the opponent skips his current turn including all abilities like heal and, of course, attacking your team.

Team Placement
Photo taken from Not4Work's account in Splinterlands.com
- Living Lava is the fire team's main tank. As of yet, there's no better thank than him.
- Tenyii Striker is a new card from Chaos Legion. Strong damage with sneak and decent health.
- Goblin Fireballer may not be good but he's a range unit that is normally used to block sneaks from behind.
- Summoner: Tarsa is our main girl that provides support for all melee damage and health. Really good card and complements fire team the most.
