Атласу передбачали одруження на Змії чому він зпротививс і вирішив здолати її , він відправився у подорож та своїм мечем подолав змію. Залишивши свій меч біля поверженої змії.
Меч звільнив змію від чарів,і вона зайнялася своїм царством яке набуло розквіту. Та одного дня зустрівшись з Атласом вони створили сімью. Від їхнього шлюбу зьявилося 7 красунь, сестер Плеянок.
