Today afternoon I cooked some Marmelade with the fruits of the damson plumbs. Since it is the First Time that I make marmalade, i searched for a recipe online and also asked ChatGPT for help. I think it worked out well, but I still need to See the results when I first try the Marmelade. My mother gave me the Tipp to use some alcohol to desinfect the glas and to burn it before closing.
