(Video at the end)
Hey Steemies I hope all is good with you at the start of the week!
It has been a busy one for me today!
I was kicking back chilling finally when my mind ran across one of the podcast me and my bro did with Free runner and vegan campaigner Tim Shieff!
He is a fascinating person to talk to and I think meeting him in person is the best way to appreciate him as he has some views that many would dismiss!
I remember seeing him a good few years back doing Free Running at a comp by South Bank and he was a bit bigger back then!
I was amazed that a guy around my size at the time could do so many incredible things.
Fast forward and Mike tells me he's meeting this guy to do some free running called Tim Shieff I did'nt remember that name from the comp I remembered Live Wire. Free running was new too me as sport to watch so was not to familier with the practitioners.
When I met him I had this thing in my head that I head seen him somewhere before but the guy I was thinking of was much bigger in build!
It turns out this was one and the same guy and had just changed up his diet!
He had now gone vegan!

He took Mike and I through some moves on the bars at a centre in east London and I was shocked at how immobile I had got over the years as I was that kid that climbed and scaled everything!
The biggest thing was the fear I had aquired of falling, hurting my self and not being able to go to work, then having to explan why!
Watching Tim and Mike they were fearless and I played around and did what I could and enjoyed watching these 2 whipper snappers just having fun.
It's great to see 2 athletes just expressing themselves and enjoying each others company.
(You can see me mouth and eyes wide open 🤣😂🤣😂 either that or on the side trying some of the safe and easy stuff)
(Video taken from Tims You Tube page)
Tim has done a lot campaigning for the vegan movement and even has an ethical clothing line.
We did not agree on a few things but what I did like is how we respected each others points as we all had some valid points which I think we both went away and thought about!
What was really interesting was his view point on the flat earth theory!
Take a listen to the show to see how things unfolded!
