I'm dreadfully sorry to have been somewhat absent lately with my posts and responses. Unfortunately I have been rather sick with a chest infection or pretty serious flu and have just been a little out of energy these past few weeks. Will try my best to get well soon!
But for now, enjoy todays effort.
In this sickness all is lost.
All is tainted, breaths coming at cost.
Atrophied muscles whine as fitness declines.
Struggling up to a fresh day, not so sublime.
How I wished to salve my throat.
Slake my thirst with no reproach.
But oh, she trembles with each cold sip.
Upon rattling chest deaths hand would grip.
