Hear ye, hear ye
Feel the ground as it trembles beneath
Taste the air's ferocious breath
And watch the ocean blue turn raging red
Hail! The mighty blister has awaken
Roaring and grumbling and taking
All the years he has dearly missed
Lying dormant and very still
Halt! It's time to evacuate
To the darkest caves and tallest tree houses - it will keep us safe
No, no, you are gravely mistaken
For the raging mound will always find its way
Cough, cough, that mountain's so rough
Spewing streams of clouds so white
But is choking our own precious lifeline
And is burning and decaying our very insides
Hiya! Hiya! Let the horses stop and neigh
For molten anger seeps from its veins
Just a touch - smolder!
No soul will be left to tell the tale.
Fear not what the eyes could offer
But what lies inert underneath
Even the most angelic and mightiest hump
Hides a devastating infernal sigh
