Hello, steemians, and welcome to my page, eh!
For tonight's shitpost episode, I bring you a poem about cats.
Because of a post that wrote, I've been thinking about this stuff all night, and I guess I just had to get it written down before I forgot it. So without further ado, here is my amazingly profound poem!
The cat is in, the cat is fed,
Now the cat is on my bed.
There is a spread upon my bed,
because the cat, she likes to shed.
And late at night, while in my bed,
The cat will walk upon my head.
She like to wake me up at night,
because she likes to chase and bite.
And when I'm sitting in my seat,
she likes to claw my leg, so neat.
She likes to knead my thigh like bread,
Her sharp claws, I've learned to dread.
She likes her catnip, that is true,
She wants to eat it, like you do.
And now she just got off my lap,
I think she's gone to take a nap.
Go to bed you sleepy head,
I can't, the cat is on my bed.
But still she is my furry friend,
And so herewith, my story ends.
This post is dedicated to all the crazy cat ladies out there. You know who you are...
Thanks for stopping by to read my poem, I hope you enjoyed it! :-)
Edited to add another 2 lines, one by :-)
Almost forgot to do that.
