Aimless, waltzing on wind
I am but a seed
Waiting to begin
Grassy expanse beneath
the heartbeat wings
Carrying me
"Let me go, I say"
right here is the
Perfect place
I am but a seed
inside me there
Are plenty
Enough for the world
slowly but surely
I unfold
Behold
I am but a seed
of kindness,
congeniality
Bloom where I am planted
suddenly beauty, joy
a field enchanted
Though I am but one,
spread me like a smile
Good work is never done
I am infinitely inspired by wildflowers. They are at times ethereal and graceful but also wild and unruly. Sometimes, they are showy and colorful, others are rife with thorns and devoid of petals entirely.
Regardless of their appearance, they are a wild natural resource we will never tame.
Long live the power of the seed.
