She heard the footsteps of her mother
Thoughts in her head she can't seem to gather
Lights from above blinded her sight
When can she affirm that she's right
This girl is going the wrong path
Guided by an internal wrath
Heedless of tomorrow's game
She screams for her father's name
Empty inside, hear her cry
Sobbing endlessly until her eyes go dry
Reach her hand, she wants to alleviate the pain
Hoping to stop this endless train
