Darkness,
sharp and dangerous,
the color of a mirror in deep space and
nothing
but the sound of endless
shattering,
so
many
shards
and every one an illusion.
You are not that,
so cold and black,
but light and heat.
A trillion stars are calling you home,
if you would only listen,
and remember.
