Your words are disguised in sarcastic lies,
Cut like a sandstorm while I close my eyes.
So guarded and defensive you can't see,
Your verbal assault leads others to flee.
I've weathered your storms and seen what's inside,
The empty hollow space you try to hide.
Self righteous shit and holier than thou,
It's all a fucking act, stand up and bow.
I'm weak for caring? Why do you need shields?
Why do you attack and let your rage build?
Like a fucking child that can't be told no,
No one can find out that it's all a show.
Weaving distractions, tragic illusions,
Disappearing acts amidst confusion.
Holding yourself hostage when all else fails,
Searching for pity when other's hearts swell.
I'm asking again why you call me weak,
When you hide behind every word you speak?
Don't need clairvoyance to see what's true,
Kindness never made me as weak as you.
