This Valentine’s day, I made a poem for my mother and to all mothers out there who gave their undying love and support to their children. This is about saying thank you and appreciating them for providing us our needs and taking care of us.
You took care of me even though you’re too tired
Made sure I’m okay as I cried
Never had a minute for yourself
Just eyes wide open for your little elf
oh! How lucky I am to have a mom like you
Can’t compare you to no one, you know that it’s true
Your kisses make the world a brighter place
The sun shines like your face
You make everything easy
Even though I'm a bit picky
Mom, thank you for giving me love
God is good, you're sent from above.
