A rock and a hard place
As difficult as they come
There is no choice to make
But choose I must
The devil and the deep sea
Between pain and suffering
When there is no way to win
Our choice but a mere offering
Do I stand by and watch
Make no moves I thought
May be better to Dodge
Consequences to be bought
I must ultimately choose
To do nothing is to lose
My hard earned free will
So I make it hoping peace be still
