This made my eyes well up a little... I love to see people releasing heavy emotions through writing and it's part of what I teach - although it's a difficult read I know that the pain infused into these words is much better out than in.

Thanks for sharing these pieces... I know it can be hard to bare parts of your soul with the whole world - but your words are medicine for others out there feeling the same.
