Free from the put downs and squishes
Free from the undesired wishes
Free to live my life
Without being trouble or strife
Free from walking on eggshells
Free from anger spells
Free from the damned lies
Free from the unsuccessful tries
Free from the emotional hold
Free from being told
What to do, who to see
Now I'm free to be me

What to do, who to see
Now I'm free to be me
Never let someone take you
Where you don't like the view
Of who you are or have become
Feeling and emotions totally numb
