Fifield:
Look, I'm just a geologist. I like rocks. I love rocks! Now, it's clear you two don't give a shit about rocks... ---PROMETHEUS 2012
On a hilltop, a grayish-orange horizon engulfing the land,
I could barely see peeking the light above,
the ominous turf conceals the mist,
My feet stand on a boulder, drench, where I met
Igneous, Metamorphic and Sedimentary rock,
the cradle of their birth, riddled with cryptic epistle.
How the world stands aground and afloat?
How statuesque are their expanse unveil?
The grandiose formation exemplify its beauty,
an echoing color reflects from the sun,
but the graze etched in its form,
venture can be notably perilous,
it breaths peril imperceptible to its grandness.
My soul doth magnify The Rock,
a gentle, meek, amiable Jah,
even the sole of footing rest in Him
unharmed, unveiling the sanctuary of oneness.
As formidable as the mountain,
My foot will not be dashed by a stone,
how lovely is Thy soul and my Rock!
