A tired good night post

I am like a boat,

Pulled up on the beach for the night;
I am empty.
But I await the dawning of a
New day when I will begin anew my
Purpose, my goals.

Sure some people use me, but
Little do they
Know that I gain from it, and
In many ways, I use them too.

Keep your anchor stone
High away from the shoreline, so
That the tides cannot take you away unexpectedly.

Be of good cheer,
Rest well, and
Come back tomorrow to
Float along life’s currents and breezes.

You never
Know where that will take you, but
You can be
Assured that adventure awaits you,
If you Let it.
