In ancient times, as men were learning to build large structures,
It was discovered that you must protect the top of the wall, for
If water got in to the top, it would seep down into the wall. If
It froze, the wall could crumble, it would also deteriorate the
Mortar.
Walls are like that.
When we build walls around ourselves, walls that separate
Us from one another, walls of lies, or of vanity or puffed up
Egos… these walls must be protected and constantly
Maintained, or they will break down in the light of truth and
Love.
The worst walls are the lies that we tell ourselves, the lie that
We are not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, not
Deserving to be loved.
THAT is a wall with spikes along the top, to keep us from
Escaping our own prison.
Do whatever you must, to break down your walls. If nothing
Else, stop maintaining them, and they will crumble under
Their own weight.
Love will break down walls.
