The Gift of Counseling
Someone may be contentious & vile,
But you don't know what they are feeling inside.
If we take a minute to show some compassion,
That burning anger can turn to loving passion.
Discard bad feelings and reach inside your heart,
You may just give that person a new start.
Not everyone knows how to deal with their problems.
So we should help them try to solve them.
I believe that everything happens for a reason,
A bad person can change like the winter season.
Inside was freezing cold but now its springtime,
You may just work a miracle in no time.
Don't practice to look at the negative things you see.
Practice to look at the person they can be.
Let's all do this for our brothers and sisters,
And stop them from doing something sinister.
