Nostalgia in the cold winter of a warm summer night, in tranquility and peace.
Admiring the summer sky
the stars shine and everything is silent
the shining moon illuminates the village
without stopping on the whole landscape
A slight breeze suddenly rises
breaking that sweet silence slightly
the blades of grass begin to sway
while some cricket is about to sing
And the night goes out little by little
and on the horizon a shy sun
another day around the corner
ready to be consumed in another
blessed summer night.
La nostalgia nel freddo inverno di una calda notte d'estate, nella tranquillità e nella pace.
Ammirando il cielo d'estate
le stelle brillano e tutto tace
la luna splendente illumina il villaggio
senza sosta su tutto il paesaggio
Una leggera brezza si alza all'improvviso
rompendo lievemente quel dolce silenzio
i fili d'erba cominciano ad ondeggiare
mentre qualche grillo si appresta a cantare
E la notte si spegne poco a poco
e all'orizzonte un timido sole
un altro giorno dietro l'angolo
pronto a consumarsi in un'altra
beata notte d'estate.
