Right from my infancy,l was made to believe that whenever l am offered a nice gift;be it money,biscuit or any thing by the elderly,l should simply and humbly say ''Me Daase''( Asante Twi-in our local dialect) ''THANK YOU'' to receive it and ''NO,THANK YOU'' if l would not take it..As l grew this question kept bothering me;what at all will l get saying thank you?
Later did l realise that saying Thank You has many treasured rewards than the presents l receive.
Some have won many hearts with 'thank you'
Others possess a hundred times the energy they exhausted in saying 'thank you'
There is POSITIVE POWER in ''thank you''.
