Medicine

you sit in between those fours walls hoping that someday you’ll be able to grab a hold onto the light that shines through it all

the tears continue to pour out as you try refilling the hole in where your heart was drained causing the emotions you had to flow away

you were left empty and emotionless and to feel nothing but hopeless but i swear there’s a medicine throug it all and that is self love because no one can truly see the worth of the path that lies ahead but you
