I happened upon this scene today and thought I'd capture it in a haibun. It's only the second one I've ever written, so I'm not so sure it measures up. Anyway, feel free to read, interpret, comment, criticize, upvote or resteem as you see fit.
So this is how I end, laboring around the circumference of my leftward nemisis, entrapped by a fog of confusion. As I waste away stepping on this endless gray sea, under the gaze of a giant, I long for those green blades and the exhilarating thrill of the leap.
