I have been there in the past
A room of depriving and grieving
A room of malevolent right
Where the sluggish won't survive but only the speedy
If today is terrible, maybe it will blossom tomorrow
We wake on empty belle, yet no one cares about our condition.
We cover miles on our bare foot
Just in search of a rare single meal
Which we never know if we'll find
We care not to feed on leaves and roots
All we care is a full stomach to feel
Behold! No one prays to be our kind.
I have to work not only hard but smart
And be conscious of my spending
Because am frightened of my past poor life
The poor kept increasing on the chart
The fear shows me the path to be trending
I can't afford to have only my legs to drive.
It’s a sickening living that no rich pray to experience
Yet they are not ready to help the poor to climb the ladder
Because of their devious minds
Yet we will continue striving to make it work
Because we know one day our struggle will pay off.
