She Starved herself to feed her offspring.

Slicing away without a bite.

The Cries of her hungry children,

Is too much for her to bear.

Keeps her awake all night and day.

A rare sacrifice to make.

Expensive to carry out.

No one else would do this,

Only that mama who suffers for her Children.

She relishes the absolute tranquility.

Each time she slice herself off.

But it is for a just cause.

To make her children stay alive.

No one needs to know the pains.

And the agony of a hungry mother.

Who starves herself to last longer to feed her "cubs" just another day.

She shrinks everyday,

Vanishing into Oblivion.

To put a tiny-whiny smile on those tiny faces.

A slice of herself or none at all.

Either would put sadness on her being.

She never could accept that.
