The Last Line (A Poem)

There is a line
that I refused to cross.
A line that keeped
my humanity.

Reasonings and morals
is what stopping me.
Knowing that crossing the line
will turn me against me.

As such I refuse the cross,
as such I'm still me.
For I keep that thin line
as my final boundary...
